Who is responsible

This website and personal tracker are operated by Lee R Pritchard, trading under the brand WIN with Lee: Health. For privacy enquiries, contact contactlee@winwithlee.co.uk.

The tracker is for the owner’s private account. This website does not currently invite members of the public to create accounts or submit health records.

Information handled

Account access uses an email address, password-based sign-in and a stored sign-in session. Private records may include glucose readings, dates and times, tags, notes, weight, HbA1c, meals and photos, sleep, stress, activity, personal settings and GP questions. These records can reveal sensitive health information.

Public screenshots use labelled example records, not the account holder’s health history. Emailing Lee provides the information you choose to include; avoid sending unnecessary health details.

Why information is used and where it goes

Records support the requested logging, reports, personal observations, backups and GP preparation. Account and health information is handled through Lovable Cloud authentication, database and private photo storage. Hosting and asset delivery providers receive requests needed to serve the site, which can include IP addresses and request information. External font requests are made to Google Fonts.

No advertising or analytics trackers have been identified in the app code reviewed for this notice. This is not a guarantee that hosting providers collect no operational logs. The app contains no AI features and does not send records to an AI feature for analysis.

Device copies and security

The app stores sign-in information, preferences, cached account records and queued readings on your device. Offline copies are account-scoped and app-managed account copies are cleared on sign-out. Downloaded exports and backups remain wherever you save them. Use a trusted, locked device and keep exported files private.

Private records are protected by account access and per-account permissions; meal photos use private storage. No system can promise absolute security.

Retention and deletion

Saved records remain available until removed using the app’s controls. Removing a record from the app does not automatically remove copies you downloaded, and signing out does not delete the remotely saved account. Contact Lee for account deletion enquiries. Exact hosting log retention, provider backup deletion periods and international transfer arrangements have not yet been verified for this notice; no fixed periods or hosting country are asserted.

Privacy rights and scope

Where UK data protection law applies, rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, subject to the applicable conditions. Raise concerns with Lee first or contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.

This notice describes the present private, single-user use. Before accepting other people’s health records, the operator must confirm applicable lawful bases, the special-category health-data condition, retention and provider arrangements and update this notice. It does not certify legal compliance or establish that private use is exempt from privacy obligations.
