Who operates this app

A private tracker, not a public subscription

The public website showcases a private, single-user Type 2 diabetes record-keeping app. Public registration, purchases and subscriptions are not offered. Viewing the website does not grant access to the owner’s account or a licence to copy the product.

Permitted use

You may view the public website and share links to it. Only the authorised account holder may access private tools. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, extract private records or redistribute protected material without permission. Copying restrictions are subject to statutory exceptions and third-party licences.

Health information and accuracy

The app records information entered by the account holder. Records, charts, estimates, observations and general tips may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not medical advice. Finger-prick readings do not measure glucose between tests. The app does not diagnose conditions or recommend medication or dose changes.

Promotional screens contain labelled illustrative data, not private health records or evidence of clinical results.

Availability and backups

Access may be interrupted or features changed. Offline access depends on previously saved device data; not every feature works offline. Keep independent backups and check that queued readings have synchronised. Closed-app reminders and meter or health-app connections are not currently connected.

Your rights and applicable law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory protections or court rights that apply to you.
